As a Debt Settlement Negotiator, you will establish and maintain contact with creditors for the purpose of negotiating accounts on behalf of our clients. You will be provided with a queue of client accounts, identify opportunities based on certain criteria and negotiate the best possible settlement with the creditor.
Qualified Candidates should be able to:
• Meet and exceed monthly goals and quotas
• Communicate effectively and with persuasion
• Consistently exercise a high degree of initiative and independence
• Detail oriented and apply policies and procedures
• Be customer focused
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with clients, creditors, collection agencies and attorney offices in order to negotiate on our client’s behalf for a reduced settlement on delinquent and/or charged off accounts.
• Calculate acceptable percentages for settlement according to guidelines set forth by the department
• Review client banking accounts to determine funds necessary to complete settlement and payment of company fees
• Gather and submit required documentation for approval and payment of accounts
• Reporting and various other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
Additional Job Information:
• Must be proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Prior collections or debt negotiation experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience working in a goal or production environment is also preferred
Job Type: Full-time (no telecommuting)
COVID-19 considerations:
We adheres to all CDC guidelines and recommendations. We are maintaining distance, installed plexiglass barriers on workstations, require faces coverings when walking around the office are frequently cleaning high-touch surfaces throughout the day.
Looking for a self starter. A person who can work directly with the General Manager to handle some lite desktop management and Dialer work. Able to run and read reports. Work directly with our backend to see trends and have the ability to provide solutions to some of the every day challenges a company like ours might have. Only serious inquires and this is a in office position "NOT A REMOTE POSITION" Monday -Friday 930am-630pm No nights or weekends. Pay is based on experience and what you can bring to the table. Hourly and a Commission Plan in place for that right person to fill this need. Looking to hire immediately.
Our Closers average $1200-1800 weekly. Doubt? Come in & I WILL show you the pay stubs.
We pay bonus weekly on Friday, and the salary every two weeks.
$450 a week full-time + BONUS commissions; a bad week in bonus averages $700.
