Deep massage doesn't necessarily mean better. You can get good results without being super deep.

In my 20yrs if being licensed I've leaned towards more non aggressive work with the same results

Good, these types of people give us legitimate, trained, certified, insured and ethical LMTs a bad name. Not all massage places are actually legit. Research the place and licenses of those working there before going.
