Dr. Eckman's favorite side dish for Thanksgiving is-
Broccoli Casserole- Made by his Mom
Recipe-
1 1/3 cup of Minute Rice
1pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 jar of Cheez Whiz (more can be added if desired)
1 1/4 cup of hot water
2-3 Tbsp chopped onions
1/2 cup butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Place Broccoli in a 1 1/4qt casserole dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over broccoli. Bake uncovered for 1 hr.

Dr. Eckman treats a variety of problems whether it be arthritis or sports related he is here to help. We do not require x-rays at your visit with us.
