Mind over matter. I've been sick since Tuesday. Today is the first day I feel human again. While I'm still taking it easy, I took a big step this morning.

I finshed and submitted my case studies for my 300 hour Thai Yoga Bodywork certification!!!

I'm winding down an 18 months long education journey I never saw coming that I'm so glad I said yes to 🙏

Tok Sen is one of the latest certifications I completed while in Thailand. This is a gentle and powerful modality that uses "hammering" to release the tissue and stuck energy in the body. I have given it to three clients in the last week and they are all amazed at the results.

Most notably for how subtle it seems compared to the results observed.

Thanks for visiting! Between The Lines Bodywork is about helping people create space in their lives. By working with me using bodywork and yoga we can create spaces in the muscles, bones, and tissues.

Through community and connection we can create space in the spirit.

I recently spent almost two and a half weeks in Thailand. I brought back with me a lot to share with the world and this will be the space it comes from. Stay tuned for new workshops and other opportunities to work together. Lets create a community together!
