International Circus Festival Planned for Las Vegas in November

Our vision for the inaugural International Circus Festival of Las Vegas is to create an electrifying spectacle that celebrates the artistry, diversity, and innovation of the global circus community. Through mesmerizing performances, immersive experiences, and collaborative cultural exchange, we aim to captivate audiences worldwide, establishing Las Vegas as the premier destination for celebrating the timeless magic of the circus.

The Hall of Fame award honors those who have made significant contributions to the preservation, leadership, education or design/technical services of the outdoor amusement industry.

The Pioneer Award honors an individual OABA member who has made a unique and lasting contribution that has significantly changed or improved the mobile amusement industry.

Reithoffer Shows travels with approximate 250 employees, split roughly in half between the two units. On any given week, Ryan is responsible for 110 to 140 workers, the majority of whom are H2B workers, many of whom have been with the company for more than a decade. “That's one thing that has changed. When we used to show up in town, we'd hire 20 to 30 people every year. Now, the American workforce is nonexistent. We can't rely on local help.
