Spring has sprung! With warmer weather becoming more of a reality we thought you might like some of these to sip on out on the patio, in the back yard, or to celebrate the holidays this weekend.

Le Poussin Rosé
This is our spring chicken wine. It's a blend of grenache and cinsault. Easily one of our top selling rosés. Fresh bright and easy to drink. This a great pick for Easter.

Barkan Malbec
This is a good choice for Passover. Nice and smooth, medium bodied. From Barkan winery in Galilee, Israel. Kosher for Passover

Carmel Selected Cabernet Sauvignon
Rich full bodied cabernet. Notes of dark berry and black currant. Carmel is the largest winery in Israel.

- Built to Spill
Excited to see more beer from Foam out of Burlington, VT. This is a new england style double ipa. It's super smooth and has a really nice depth and creamy mouth feel. The balance on this one is great. It's also named after a great band.

- Halo Bender
Another DIPA named after another Doug Martsch band. Foam really knocks it out of the park. They're worth the hype. Both of these are going to go quick. Notes of melon, citrus, and pine.

- Spring
A really nice IPA from Maine Beer. They are the masters of balance. Cascade, Amarillo, Simcoe, and Ekuanot with aroma and notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and mixed berries.

- Oude Geuze Vat 92
This is a single foeder gauze by Boon. Aged for two years in a single foeder previously used for red wine in France's Rhône Valley. This geuze has some unique spicy and smokey notes to it. These Boon mono blends are seriously killer and deeply complex.
brewing - Manhattan NW
This is a blend of aged quadruple and aged blond ales with cherries and noyaux (apricot pits). It's an ode to the classic cocktail. Delightfully sour with bourbon oak notes coming through and supporting the cherries with a bitter nuttiness coming from the noyaux.

Our tequila selection just got a pretty nice overhaul. We're really excited to get all of these in rotation.

Reposado
La Gritona is produced by a woman owned and operated distillery in Valle Dr Guadalupe in the highlands of Jalisco. Unlike some reposados it isn't bogged down with barrel flavor. It rests for 8 months in reused American whiskey barrels that are slightly charred to strip the barrels of some of the over assertive residual flavors. The flavor is fresh, a little grassy, and very drinkable. Great for sipping and mixing.

Blanco
Cimarron Blanco is our go to margarita tequila. Great value and perfect for mixing.

Reposado
For those that like a little bit more of a robust flavor, Cimarron reposado is the way to go. I always prefer reposado in my tequila drinks. The blanco and the reposado are line priced which makes the reposado a great buy.

Blanco
This is the best blanco tequila I've tried in a long time. It's an absolute no brainer for the price. It beats all of the other tequilas at this price point and will cost you a little bit less. This is the best tequila under $50.

Reposado
Out of all of selection, this is my top recommendation. This is the one I'm most excited about. It's the best sipping tequila in the store.

This is a collab DIPA w/ Citra Incognito, Citra Lupomax, Citra T-90s, and Mosaic T-90s in the whirlpool followed up with Strata, Citra Lupomax, Mosaic Lupomax, Citra T-90s, and Mosaic Lupomax

This is an amped up version of Photon with a huge dose of Citra Lupomax. 6.8% abv

We got some new offerings in this week. Starting off with some spirits and then moving on to new beer:

- Days
This is a nice light sipper from the world renown Nikka distillery in Japan. It is a blended whisky with stylistic roots in Scotland. It is far more balanced and approachable than a lot of its Scottish counterparts. It is very good neat or in cocktails like a whisky highball or a boulevardier.

- Neptunia
This new gin from Hendrick's is inspired by the sea. It contains botanicals Ayrshire coast of Scotland. It is a little more botanical forward than the regular. It works really well in dry martinis or on ice with soda water.

- Thai Delight Treat
This is a sour modeled after Thai mango sticky rice. It's brewed with mangos, flaked rice, and cream of coconut. They nailed this one. Not too sweet and the acidity is well balanced. One of the best sours I've had from Prairie.

- Zap
DIPA w/ Citra, Azacca, and Simcoe

- High Gravity
DIPA w/ Comet, Idaho 7, CTZ, Citra Incognito, Sultana, and Galaxy

Nothing says Valentine's Day like Pasión, carbonic Rioja, and Other Half.

- Pasión de Bobal
Silky smooth with deep berry notes. Nice deep fruit while still pretty dry. Pairs nicely with chocolate covered strawberries.

- Vi-Ve
This is a whole cluster carbonic Rioja. It is bright fruit forward and juicy. The carbonic laceration makes the fruit jump out of the glass. This a fun little wine would be perfect for a romantic evening.

This is the best pilsner I've ever had. It is so good it started a whole genre. Italian pilsners dry hopped with European noble hops which really makes them pop and sets them apart from other pilsners. The mouthfeel is pillowy soft.

With dry January in full force, we are fully stocked with some really great non alcoholic options that are actually delicious for a change. Take a break from the seltzer and the N/A beers that taste like bad iced tea and actually drink something that tastes good.

- Fora
A sophisticated strawberry soda with rhubarb, grapefruit peel, hibiscus, and rose petal. This one is a nod to New Orleans cocktail culture.

- Isla
This offering is modeled after the dark and stormy. The ginger in this one is on the mellower side with lime, demerara, black strap molasses, Madagascar vanilla, and a handful of spices reminiscent of Angostura bitters.

- Como
Formerly known as Capo, this leisure soda is a orange alpine amaro spritz with orange blossom honey, mandarin, peppermint, licorice root, grapefruit, juniper berry, cardamom, and clove.

- Free Wave
A hazy new england style non alcoholic IPA w/ Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic. Definitely one of the better N/A NEIPAs on the market.

- All Out
Not usually a style represented in the non alcoholic realm. Surprisingly silky, smooth, and roasty.

- Weird Weather
They knocked this one out of the park. This the best non alcoholic new england style IPA I've had.

- Hoppy Refresher
While not technically a non alcoholic beer, this is my go non alcoholic drink. It's nice and dry but bursts with grapefruit hop flavor. A must try in this category.

- IPNA
Really nice west coast style non alcoholic IPA. Big crisp grapefruit hop notes. Light to moderate bitterness. Pretty refreshing.

I'm excited to say we have two excellent super limited sour IPAs from right over the boarder in upstate New York.

- Incandenza
Sour IPA w/ wheat; hopped w/ Citra & Mosaic. Tart and hoppy. Hudson Valley Brewery are pioneers of the sour IPA category. Their beers are must try.

- Batten Kill
Fruited Sour IPA with raw wheat, malted oats, and milk sugar hopped with Mosaic conditioned on pink guava, raspberry, and Madagascar vanilla. Not too sweet pretty light on it's feet. This is a perfectly balanced beer with a lot of moving parts that function in complete harmony.

We have a literal wall of new beer. It's very exciting.

- Super Ripe DIPA

This is the first IPA I've had from Great Notion outside of Oregon. These guys know what they're doing. This 9% abv DIPA is indeed super ripe. Big peach and apricot stone fruit notes. The mouth feel is very soft and thick. The beer is dried out with a low to moderate bitterness that lingers nicely on the finish giving you a different perspective on the intense fruity hop notes from the beginning. Definitely a beer not to be missed.

Tonight at 7pm join for a virtual tasting on zoom. They make some fantastic local cider. You can buy it here and taste along.
