A postcard was recently sent to property owners about an upcoming meeting on April 11th that the Iowa DOT is hosting to discuss the construction project planning for the interchange. Below is a copy of the postcard. There will also be an online presentation that can be viewed and anyone can leave comments for the DOT there as well. Trick or Treat night for West Des Moines is tonight from 6pm-8pm! If you have candy to give out, it's customary to leave your front porch light on otherwise be sure to leave it off or you may have people knocking all night!
We also want to thank those who came to our pumpkin decorating event last week. We had a lot of fun!

There are so many things and people that inspire me but I was reminded today of our trip to NYC 2 years ago just before the world started shutting down and changed due to COVID. I remember the visit to Statue of Liberty and thinking of all the immigrants who used her light to guide them to "hope".
