When we talk about vulnerability we need to have tools to over come, often at a young age we create unhealthy way to deal with depression, shutting down or lashing out, drugs or alcohol. Life is about learning healthy tools to deal with depression. A friend of over 30 years reached out to share his story.

I wake up everyday doing something I love with people I love to be around!! Grateful for everyone for the honor to lead. We were awarded Member of the year and Builder-of the Year. The sitting president is not able to win builder of the year per our association bylaws, while I was out of town and missed a board meeting they changed the bylaws to be able to for the first time in 75 years. How do we motivate and empower ourselves in our own lives and then be able to create that lane to empower others to do the same? Its about knowing who you are and what are your core values. To know your core values is to be aware of your vulnerabilities and to live well with your vulnerabilities is the hold tight to who you are.

This podcast is about sharing people's stories, their vulnerability and how they learned to live well with them. It's about people doing amazing things that make an impact on those around them.
