With summer slowly coming to an end and the winter slowing creeping up it’s time to start reflecting on those glowing faces!! We can add on a natural peel that will help give deep exfoliation to repair summer skin for $25

Mindfulness Monday. Water is so important to muscle health .. this is a great recipe especially with the heat this week

Mindful Monday

Think of the top layer of your skin as shingles on a roof. It protects you from anything getting in you don’t want. When you over exfoliate or use harsh soaps that disrupt this barrier the layer becomes vulnerable for allowing un wanted guests into your body!! that top layer needs oil and water to be balanced it called the hydro lipidic film. Anything stripping breaks it’s apart . You don’t need to spend a fortune on a cleanser since you are rinsing it off but be mindful of ingredients that strip including highly alkaline products like bar soap and sulfates

Mindfulness Monday .. your skin is the first line of defense for your immune system. In the winter it’s hard to keep your skin hydrated but so important because cracks on the hands lips etc can allow foreign invaders to enter the body. Stay hydrated friends ❤️
