Recipe:
3-4 eggs
1 medium tomato
1 small onion
4-5 cloves of garlic
4-6 curry leaves
2tbsp mustard seeds
1tbsp sambhar powder (alternately use curry powder)
Salt to taste
Feta to taste
In a cast iron pan or a high heat sustainable glass pan. Put in butter and sizzle mustard seeds until they crack. Add curry leaves and onions and garlic. Cook until soft. Then, add tomatoes and cook with all the spices. Once the fat seems to be separating, create space for eggs and crack them in.
Cook on low heat and partially covered until eggs are cooked.
Sprinkle feta once eggs are cooked to liking.
Done!
My favourite blue cheese dip , the perfect blend of yogurt,blue cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano and fresh parsley.

Recipe:
10 Yakinori or Sushi Sheets
5tbsp or qty as needed Sesame Seeds
For mixture:
100gm pork or chicken mince
400gm shrimps deshelled
1 clove garlic
Sesame oil
Salt
Pepper
Coriander leaves (optional)
Mix all ingredients and place at the edge of the yakinori sheet in a straight line. Roll and seal with water.
Once done, cut from the center and dab each end in a bowl of sesame seeds.
Shallow fry!
Done!!
Mariscos al ajillo! Such a fav in my house - mixed seafood cooked in a butter and white wine sauce.
A fan fav!
Recipe:
2.5 lbs mixed seafood
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup white wine
5 cloves garlic
1/4 cup cream
Parmesan to taste (optional)
Salt and pepper
In butter, cook seafood mix for 2-3 mins. Remove from heat.
In a pan, heat butter and garlic. Add in wine and cream. When beginning to reduce, add seafood and cheese and salt&pepper.
Cook for 1 more min.

Ingredients:
4 cups Milk
2tbsp Vinegar
2 cups almond/cashew milk
5 cups water
1 strand saffron
1 pinch cardamom powder
Sweetener to taste
Boil milk and curdle it with vinegar. Strain through a muslin cloth and keep washing under water. Once strained, strain completely and with the lower palm of your hand, knead and stretch it until super soft. Once done, it should come together like a ball.
Boil water and get to a rolling boil. In the interim, now divide the dough into multiple small balls and make discs. Put into boiling water and let the balls rise as they almost double in size.
Take it out and rest.
In a pan, boil and reduce milk. Add sweetener and put in discs.
Done!
This lamb rack marinated in a tomato pesto sauce (homemade from scratch) with a Peruvian potato mash & the same pickled!
Peruvian Potato Mash
1lb Peruvian Potatoes
0.25 cup cream
0.25 butter
Salt & pepper
Boil the potatoes, grate them & mix them with butter and cream.
Picked potatoes:
1 potato sliced thin
0.25 cup vinegar
Salt
Sugar
Pickle this up and leave for 4-6 hours
Tomato pesto sauce:
6-8 sun-dried tomatoes - chopped
1 chilli chopped
1 tbsp pine nuts (or almonds if you don't have pine nuts)
1/2 bunch coriander
1" ginger chopped
4-5 cloves garlic chopped
2tbsp olive oil
Salt
Lamb chops - 6 bones
Crush everything into a thick paste & marinate everything for 2 hours.
Heat a pan and fat side down, cook the lamb chops for 6 mins on both sides for a well done chop.
Serve as shown!

Recipe:
6 lamb chops
2 tablespoon better than boullion paste or simply 1 chicken cube + 1tbsp olive oil
2 tablespoon mustard sauce
1 bunch chives finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Marinate lamb chops in salt, pepper, boullion paste or it's alternative specified above. Keep for 10 mins or longer
Heat a pan and fat down, put in lamb chops so it starts to render.
Once it sears (about 7 mins for well done), flip it and on the cooked side, apply mustard sauce. Once the other side is also done (about 5 mins or touch to see if it's stiff), remove from pan and baste in mustard sauce.
Roll the chop in chopped chives.
Done!

Recipe:
1lb wings
4 tbsp + 4 tbsp buffalo sauce
4 tbsp butter
Pepper
Marinate for 4-6 hours using half the amount of Buffalo sauce & butter. and bake at 400F for 45 mins (flip midway).
When done, bring it out and dunk into the remaining sauce that's been melted with butter in the microwave.

A wreath of goodness! Beautiful soda noodle salad dressed with a chili peanut sauce and lots of fun veggies. An entire bite is packed with softness of noodles, crunch of veggies and chili creaminess of the peanut addressing.

Recipe:
1 serving Boiled soba noodles
1/4 cup boiled edmame
1/4 cup carrot sticks
1/4 cup spring onions
1/4 cup peanuts
Dressing:
3 birds eye red Chilis
2 dry chilis
2 tbsp vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup peanuts
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
For dressing, soak Chilis in vinegar for a few hours. Churn everything into a paste. Done!
Mix everything up!

Dunked in Coconut & Almond Flour mix with garlic powder, pepper and Piri Piri spice, these shrimps are baked to perfection!
I love shrimps or Prawns (the smaller they are, the more flavourful they get) but you can easily make this with chicken or beef or a firm fish. Try to make this really easy (everything available at home) recipe and tell me how you like it:
Shrimps:
20-30 shrimps
1 tbsp Curry powder (if you don't have it, DM, I'll tell you what you need to mix to make it)
1 tbsp coconut powder or milk or cream
1tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp turmeric powder
2-3 cloves garlic grated
1" ginger grated
Sugar and fish sauce for taste are OPTIONAL
Salt
Pepper
Marinate the shrimps and rest for 30 mins.
Pierce them into skewers and cool in a pan with minimal oil for 3 mins on each side (time varies based on size of shrimp). For the sauce,
2tbsp peanut butter (if you don't have it use real peanuts in a blender with some oil and blend into a paste)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chopped Chilis
1" ginger
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chili sauce
In a bowl, mix everything together and microwave for 2 mins. Pull out every 30 seconds and mix.
Done!!!
Ready to serve. Garnish with scallions and sesame!
