We love sharing dishes from all around the 🌏 each week. Here are some descriptions of what we have for you this week!

✨Kothu Parotta is a popular South Indian street food. Parotta (flatbread) is shredded into bite-sized pieces and stir-fried with chicken and other spices. It goes great with yogurt raita.

✨Adai is a South Indian savoury pancake recipe prepared mainly with a combination of lentils and spices.

✨Avial is a delicious combination of steamed veggies flavored with coconut and yogurt.

✨Lemon Sevai is lemon flavoured string hopper (noodles) blended with spices.

✨Tamarind Sevai is tamarind flavoured string hopper (noodles) blended with spices.

Yesterday was bittersweet as the Cabbagetown Market came to a close for the season. We had so much fun cooking for you. Yesterday we featured in our Dinner for Two:

(basmati rice wi/chicken, fresh herbs and spices)

(eggplants in tomato and coconut curry)

(skewers of Indian cheese marinated in yogurt and spices)

(yogurt sauce that complements the meal perfectly, can be drizzled on above dishes or enjoyed on the side)

Vegetarian Kabuli Pulao (savoury rice pilaf with raisins, carrots, and spices)

Freshly Baked Bulani (homemade naan bread stuffed w/potato and herbs)

Vegetarian Kofta Meatballs (potato and besan flour based “meatballs” in a lentil curry)
