I'm supporting a fundraiser for Baby Cam, a brave little warrior who fought against all odds. Born prematurely, Cam battled a severe lung disease for nine months, spending his short life in a hospital.

His parents made the heartbreaking decision to let him rest, to end his suffering. Now, they need our help to lay him to rest.
