What was really holding me back?
I didnât have any sort of plan to follow so I was giving up before it even started
I was sporadically running or working out but not following a program
I would âeat lessâ during the day to balance out all the junk I ate the day before...which only left me hungrier & with more sugar cravings
I dreaded stepping on the scale in January to assess the damage, & then tried to get myself back into healthier habits
