It's been a bit chaotic and I haven't gotten a chance to congratulate my sellers from last week !! Both of these clients are repeat clients 😊🏠🏠🏠🏠

The first, a condo in Lakewood (Ocean County)! I got to represent lifelong friends on the sale of a condo. The sellers were amazing to work with and the deal was hiccup free! The buyer's agent even lived in the development making it super easy for both of us !

Then the next day, I closed on the sale of a home in North Bergen (Hudson County) . On this deal, we got multiple offers and chose the BEST ((not the highest))..Sometimes the highest offers don't seem very reliable for one reason or another. The buyers we did choose were super motivated and moved the process quickly.

Lately, I'm often asked by buyers if the market has gone 'down' since the interest rate hikes.

Unfortunately, buyers are still often getting beat out in multiple offer situations, especially by buyers who have 'all cash' offers and waive all inspections, appraisals, etc. So even though I feel like buyers have more options (not many more), it's still very much a seller's market.
