Looking for a high protein AND delicious gameday dinner recipe? Look no further!
Ingredients in meatballs:
🔹2 lbs organic ground chicken
🔹1 1/2 cups almond flour
🔹2 large eggs
🔹1/3 cup chopped scallions
🔹1/4 cup coconut aminos
🔹1/4 cup finely diced onion
🔹1 tbsp rice vinegar
🔹1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
🔹1 tsp ginger purée
🔹1/2 tsp garlic powder
🔹dash of salt and pepper
Ingredients in sauce:
🔹2 tbsp arrowroot starch
🔹2 cups teriyaki sauce
🔹1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
🔹2 tbsp coconut aminos
🔹1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
🔹juice of 1/4 lemon
🔹scallions and sesame seeds to garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake meatballs for roughly 20 minutes (varies based on size of meatballs).
In a large skillet over medium heat, combine all ingredients except arrowroot. In a separate small bowl, whisk arrowroot with 4 tbsp water until it dissolves, then add this mixture to the sauce and bring sauce to a simmer. Cook the sauce until glossy and silky.
Add hot meatballs fresh out of the oven to the sauce and gently stir to coat.
Serve as shown!

Do you warm up before your workouts?
Warm ups and targeted activation drills are so important to promote performance, decrease injury risk, increase blood flow to desired muscles, and improve joint range of motion and tissue flexibility.
🏃🏻♀️Before your workout, spend 5-10 minutes warming up with some type of cardio-based exercise such as walking, biking, jumping jacks, high knees, touch down squats etc. Anything to get the blood flowing and prepare your body for the workout ahead!

💪🏻Next time you break out the foam roller or trigger point tool, try the pin and stretch technique.
This is one of the first things that I review with my patients!
1️⃣Find a tender and tight spot in the muscle
2️⃣Pin the tissue down with a ball, wand, roller etc.
3️⃣Maintain firm pressure on that spot while you slowly move the joint that the muscle crosses (for example: if you find a sore spot in your quads, try bending and straightening your knee)
🤸🏻♀️This technique helps to deepen the stretch felt in that muscle group, focuses on mobilizing the fascia around the muscle, and helps reduce overall soreness!

⭐️This rearfoot elevated split squat is a fantastic exercise for runners⭐️
It builds both balance and unilateral strength targeting the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, core and the many ankle stabilizer muscles in the lower leg!
💪🏻Talk about a powerful exercise!
Exercise tips:
➡️Try to keep your torso and stance leg(front leg) shin parallel. You can separate your feet more and sink deeper into the squat as long as you maintain the shin and torso parallel!

What can you make with CBD oil?

What causes it?

🔹Certain personal biomechanical risk factors AKA the way you run/how it looks

🔹Strengthen the outer hip muscles
🔹Reduce training load
