As in year's past we will be closed for vacation the week of July 4th. We're at the trailer today (Sat, 6/29) until 3pm and will be back on our usual Wed - Sat schedule on July 10th.

Hello everyone! We will be closed tomorrow, Thursday June 20th, due to the excessive heat. We were open today to test it out and it was exactly how you would've expected it... HOT! Thank you to everyone who has stopped by so far!

Hello everyone! Tomorrow Saturday June 8th will be our opening day of the year! Thank you to everyone for their kind words, support and most importantly patience through all of this. We will see y'all at the trailer!

Hello everyone! Unfortunately we are unable to open this weekend as I have told some of y'all. This has nothing to do with the health inspection (as I had to cancel it) but because of paperwork and tax side of things. We are working tirelessly to open, all I ask is for a little more patience with more info to come in the future.

Hello everyone! Sorry about being MIA on here for awhile.

I have decided to keep Hubba's going in honor of my dad. It's been harder than I ever imagined and I'm unsure of an opening date but we will be back and we look forward to seeing everyone.

I have made the difficult decision however that there will be no catering for the beginning of the year as I want to make sure I can keep the same quality (or better!) as years prior. Hopefully we will be able to take catering orders later in the year with more information on that to come in the future.

Thank you to everyone for all of the well wishes, thoughts, prayers and everything else that we may be forgetting, The amount of love and support has meant the world to our family and is truly helping us in this tough time. We are having a wake on Saturday February 10th from 2pm-6pm at Blake Funeral Home at 24 Worthen Street, Chelmsford MA. There will be a celebration of life in Pennsylvania with more details on that to come in the future.

It comes with heavy hearts to say that Brad “Hubba” Hudson passed away yesterday, February 2nd, 2024. He had a sudden brain hemorrhage early in the morning and passed peacefully just the way he would’ve wanted. We will keep everyone updated with what is to come in the future. Thank you in advance for all of the well wishes, thoughts and prayers.

Season # 8 is in the books and we want to thank all of our wonderful customers for another great year!

HUBBAS BBQ is open today for business! These are the last 4 days to stock up for the winter! Open 11am-3pm today through Saturday

Good news! HUBBAS BBQ will be open this week Wednesday through Saturday 11am-3pm. This is our last week of the season, so that means it is time to stock those freezers for winter!

HUBBAS BBQ UPDATE 9/21:
We will remain closed this week while we complete repairs on our smoker. We hope to be open next week for our last week of the 2022 season. Look for an announcement this weekend.

HUBBAS BBQ UPDATE: We are waiting on a welder to come out and work on our smoker. We will definitely be closed all this week (Wednesday Sept 14 thru Saturday Sep 17). If we can get the work done this week we can still salvage the last 2 weeks of September. Fingers crossed!

HUBBAS BBQ will be closed today. We had a grease fire in our smoker last night that caused some damage to the smoker. As of right now we will be closed all next week while making repairs. Updates will be posted here and on our website.

HUBBAS BBQ will close for the 2022 season on Saturday October 1. Time to fill that freezer with BBQ for the winter!

HUBBAS BBQ will be closed today and tomorrow (August 4 and 5) due to excessive heat and humidity. We have a warming cabinet in our trailer that is set at 140 degrees, so our trailer is always 10-15 degrees hotter than outside. Please stay safe and hydrated during this heat advisory, and most of all please keep your pets safe too! See you Saturday at 11am!

HUBBAS BBQ will be closed this Thursday August 4 due to the projected "real feel" temps in the 105 degrees region. If it is 98 outside the trailer, the inside is at least 110, which is no bueno. Please be sure to take care of your pets- keep them (and yourself) well hydrated and off asphalt and other hot surfaces. Stay cool everyone!
