Power protein pancakes are always a must in my mornings! I cannot believe i get the pleasure of eating these each day and they are a part of my plan! .
4oz eggwhites
1/4c oats
1/4c cottage cheese
1-2 cups spinach
Blend in nutribullet
Grill then top with
1/4-1/3c fruit
1 tablespoon walnut oil
Sore? Tired? Out of breath? Sweaty? Good. It's working. Keep doing it!

🍔BBQ Tips for Staying ON PLAN
🌭 Before loading food up on your plate, scope out what All your options are ahead of time so that you are in full control of what you put on your plate.
🍔 PROTEIN! Skip the bun and have a potato! Try getting the leanest and cleanest option for protein.
🥗 VEGGIES second. Next to your protein, put some fresh veggies. Roasted veggies or cold, a perfect sidekick to your protein!
🥙 BRING YOUR OWN! I always bring my own meats to grill and or a side dish of veggies and fruit. This way I full control over seasonings and lean cuts. Plus it’s nice to help contribute.
🍪 ENJOY a little treat! It's all about LIFESTYLE folks! Enjoy your favorite treats but within portions.
🍷 DRINKS! If you are choosing to drink alcohol set yourself a drink limit before hand so that you stick to it! Can’t go wrong with a glass of Cabernet ❤️ 2 drink max! WATER WATER WATER! Bring it with you!
💃 HAVE FUN! Gatherings are our way of taking a load off and enjoying our friends and families and not allowing food to have power over us. Laughing and enjoying others is where it's at!
At the end of the day it’s just food. There’s no good or bad food. It’s just food. So eat the food!!! Just have a great time!

Often times we’ve lived in a state of overwhelm when we get to work on our goals.
We try to change too many things all at once because we “want things fast” or we simply have been given the impression that it’s just how it goes.
This tends to lead to failure and self pity mixed with doubt. Not a great place to be in TRUST ME. I can totally relate.
That is why as a coach I believe in picking only ONE THING to adjust, change, and improve. One thing at a time.
Make this one thing normal and a part of everyday life and build from there by choosing ANOTHER ONE THING. These will all add up into an amazing outcome. .
Perhaps you appreciate the love for your family
Perhaps you appreciate your body and how you nourish it.
Perhaps you appreciate your strength and work it to its fullest.
Just notice more of what you appreciate and allow them to grow and become even more amazing!

You are such a happy chill little thing. You are talking up a storm cooing, laughing, and drooling all the while (teething?). You are finally letting mama and dada get more sleep these days (thank you). As hard as it is getting up in the middle of the night with you I love it all at the same time. You have started to roll over and have dropped your swaddle at 2 months. You found your hands and love to wake up soothing yourself back to sleep. We love you beautiful cutie girl especially your big brother ❤️❤️❤️
Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.
