Right thumb CMC resection arthroplasty with pinning. After the patient was casted for 5 weeks, I removed the 2 metallic implants. She is now attending occupational hand therapy and healing well!

This patient had a left carpal tunnel release and a right carpal tunnel release/right ring finger A1 pulley release exactly 3 weeks apart! He is healing well and will continue to attend post-operative occupational hand therapy.
