Karma Baker

We coming to the close of the Westlake Village Karma Baker shop. This Saturday, March 30th will be our last day of business. The websites have been closed for some weeks now and we will be saying good-bye.

We have all been overwhelmed with the outpouring of love and gratitude. When you are busy running a business, it’s easy to not be aware of ones impact. We certainly know that impact now. Thank you for your amazing stories and well-wishes. We cry at every letter. Especially me.

Please come by on Saturday if you’d like to grab any last treats. We will stock up on what we have ingredients for. Lots of different things. All items are packaged to keep fresh. You can freeze your treats for later. We recommend keeping your treats in a double ziplock bag to ensure you’ll have months of deliciousness down the road. :)

For those of you that are far, I will be writing a complete cookbook in the future. Please follow me and the bakery on instagram for updates.

It’s been an amazing journey here at Karma Baker. Sometimes I can’t believe i created this form nothing. And many times I wish we had gotten big enough to reach ALL of the people. But we didn’t. :(

As a side note, we have had a lot of interest in others taking over the brand at a later time, so we will see if something like that does happen! That would be very cool. And I believe we’ve earned the karma. ;)

This is as incredible as it looks. I served it to a bunch of dairy and gluten eating 9 year olds at a birthday party …. And they devoured it. The adults equally devoured the cake.
