Completion of week 2 I’ve lost another 1.2 pounds and gained 1.3 in muscle and dropped my body fat from 13% to 11% in again ONE WEEK!

Another way to properly warm up your knees and to strengthen as well is simply walking backwards. I show a easy step one to this method by reverse walking on a incline treadmill. Next progression from this would be reverse walking on a flat treadmill without turning it on having force from the heal when you push to make it move.
