In a clinical study, those who took 1 tablespoon of elderberry 4x a day while sick, showed significant improvement in symptoms and duration of sickness compared to those who took the placebo.

There was a lot of speculation at first with elderberry being taken for covid but now elderberry is being recommended for Covid. Studies have shown that elderberry acts as an anti-viral. It attaches to the virus and prevents it from multiplying. The US National Library of Medicine pulled together a bunch of studies with a group of immunologist to come up with the best protocol for someone once they have Covid, and they noted elderberry as one thing to do. After taking a much needed time off for maternity leave I am planning on starting up weekly batches again on August 19th😃I will be putting up the order form sometime later today on the group page. If anyone needs some sooner please let me know so I can make something work.
