Taurasi Restaurant is thrilled to announce our first ever wine dinner featuring Sardinian wines with owner and 3rd generation winemaker Antonio Argiolas!

We will welcome guests at 6:30pm with a complimentary cocktail, the “Sardinian Sunset,” made with Mirto (a local Sardinian liqueur).

“Chicken Burrata”
- Lightly fried, pounded chicken breast finished with homemade tomato sauce and parmigiano cheese, then topped with fresh burrata and served with a side of homemade spaghetti.

We feel it’s important to remind you that our chicken doesn’t sit in a fridge for a week before being prepared. Like everything else at Taurasi, this new menu item is always fresh and made in the moment.

❤️ Thank you to everyone who came out this past Sunday for our pop-up Piedmont tasting with Alex Borgogno of Cavalier Bartolomeo winery! 🇮🇹 🍷

We are big fans of his traditional Piedmontese wines, from the Barbera, Nebbiolo, and Langhe Rosso to the excellent single-vineyard Barolo. You can’t go wrong!

Nestled in Barolo’s famous commune of Castiglione Falletto, the small family-owned winery of Cavalier Bartolomeo produces an array of Piedmont-style wines, most notably Italy’s world famous Barolo! Alex will be pouring his “Altnenasso” vineyard Barolo along with Barbera, Nebbiolo and his Langhe Rosso red blend! For one night only, there will be special dine-in and carryout pricing for these limited premium wines.
