The table was my first purchase for the home from a local consignment shop. I added the built in hutches for more storage, added two matching French doors on both ends of the room, covered the walls in a tongue in groove - painted in Balboa Mist by . The pendants are from
Classics I’ll keep forever! The art was a commissioned piece from I love that this space can be transformed for elegant or casual entertaining. Family dinners, holidays, fun dinner parties, game nights 🤍

I designed the custom oak nightstands, sourced the vintage botanical , french ceramic lamps from wrapped the room in a creamy silk wallpaper and added a check canopy from on this bed. One of my favorite rooms.

Hi there 👋🏻 I’m Grace, the lady behind Atelier Roan. People always ask me to describe my design style. Here’s my thing - I love space that are timeless, elegant, and layered with natural materials. I love mixing classic silhouettes with antiques and rich textures. My goal is always to create warm, refined spaces that inspire grace and ease.

I’m a wife, mother, designer, garden enthusiast, life-long learner and creative. I have my Master’s degree in Interior Design and worked at some of the most sought after design firms before going on my own when I moved to NYC in 2015.

I hope this page can offer beautiful design inspiration and a little peek into my world and the beauty that inspires me everyday 🤍

Before and after alert! Our small but mighty kitchen. Typically it’s being used and abused, but looking sparkly here ✨ every inch is utilized for working efficiently and maximizing storage. We worked with to make this kitchen come to life. I love it so much - the heart of our home 🤍 Check out the full feature in my linktree

Our living room 🤍 not featured in the article, but one of my favorites. It’s part of entry space and open to our eat in kitchen so we kept it neutral, but packed it with texture and natural materials. I bought the vintage French stools on our babymoon, my friend gifted me the Paris townhome print, the cricket table is my from my mother in law. Make your spaces personal and meaningful - it’s worth the extra time and effort.

My home! My first labor of love on newsstands now…(though I’ve had two real labors since we bought this house 😹) Thank you for featuring my home - I’m honored and humbled...not a shabby way to start off the new year and come back from maternity leave. Thank you 🙏🏼

Brief maternity leave break to install these pretty rooms. Thank you for the flawless coordinating! I’ll share before and afters soon after we install the art and accessories. We added some great millwork in the dining room and office - it’s been a fun and moody transformation 🤍

Introducing the newest member of our team, Graham David Rosenstein. One month old today 🤍 Having my babies has made me a more thoughtful and effective designer. I’m grateful I get to do what I love while still taking the time to be with the ones I love.
