This Home in 06880 is one of a kind. Project “Lumos” leverages Apples HomeKit Smart Home Ecosystem covering networking, climate, security, entertainment, lighting, water and energy management all in one app, the Home app which you likely already have. All wireless and all voice controlled.

With all the discussion on AI taking over we thought we would provide a demonstration of how AI, machine learning, automation and IoT come together in your home to provide unprecedented control, efficiencies, security, peace of mind and a cool factor that’s off the charts.
This homes operating system is Apple HomeKit (all we use) which leverages Siri and Apples interoperable ecosystem. In this example the command “Chill” is initiated after waking up Apples HomePod with “Hey Siri” which does the following:
Turns off the TV, dims the bedroom lights to 13%, sets the bedroom thermostat to 66 degrees, turns on the outside lights to 30%, turns off the master bathroom and closet lights, turns on the fireplace and plays a song from your favorite playlist on the bedroom HomePod at 50% volume.
