Center your session around transformational aerial or mat work while creating your strongest core, bendiest body, deepest calm or a combination of all three. Semi-private experiences support exactly what you need whether you choose to go upside down, focus on postpartum recovery, postural alignment or getting the best workout of your life. All you need is a desire to feel your best in a beautiful, intimate setting.

Attire
Please wear clothing you are comfortable moving in. I suggest leggings/pants so that the back of your knees are covered and bring a long sleeve shirt to protect your underarms during aerial work.
