Tomorrow, in observance of Good Friday, Eichner's Farm market will be closed from noon to 3 p.m. We will be open 9 a.m. to noon and then again 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Eggs are king this week and we have plenty available for cooking, baking, and coloring. They are nutritious and such a versatile food to include in your Easter menu from the main entrée to the dessert.

If you have little ones in your life, our Paint Your Own Cookies, Marshmallow Surprise Cones, and Chocolate-Covered Oreos will make your Easter baskets stand out from the rest. Our decorated Easter cutout cookies are favorites this time of year, and for the peanut butter lovers, we have the cookies for you.

Whole and half hams will be available for Easter. We have half hams (5 to 9 pounds) and whole hams (11 to 18 pounds). Don’t forget to pick up some of our thick-sliced bacon and sausages for your Easter breakfast, perfect with our farm fresh eggs.

Our pansies are in bloom and they are the perfect way to add a little color to your flower gardens. Pansies like the cool evenings this time of year brings while they show their happy cheerful faces in the sunlight during the day. It's beginning to look alot like Christmas in our market. We have a wide variety of cookies and 3 dozen assortment cookie packs as well as chocolate-covered Oreos and Paint Your Own cookies which are the perfectly delicious stocking stuffers your family will love. This week is like the calm before the storm for us. We just went through the hustle and bustle of all of the preparations leading up to Thanksgiving, and now we are starting to get ready for Christmas, just as you all are.

It's a very busy weekend for all of us at our farm working hard to get everything ready for Thanksgiving. As much as we enjoy Thanksgiving, we're happy to take a small break when Thanksgiving Day actually arrives before getting ready for Christmas which always seems right around the corner.

Hello friends! We currently have one half of a lamb available for the 2022 season. Your half will be cut and wrapped per your selections on the order sheet. It will be roughly 15-25 pounds You will get
-One rack of lamb
-One loin
-One front shoulder
-One leg
-Two shanks
-Ground meat and or stew meat
Cost is $8.49 per pound plus a flat $50 for the butcher to process.

We will also have individual market cuts available as well

It’s that time of year for pumpkin spice and everything nice! If you love pumpkin, as we do, enjoy every minute of this special season. It’s also time to place your order for our fresh turkeys. Returning fresh turkey customers have a chance to order first and we will have a waiting list for anyone who has not had one of our turkeys before.

New to our market are local chestnuts from Saxonburg. Our gardens are still busy giving us broccoli, cabbage, peppers, kale, acorn and spaghetti squash and if you are looking to decorate the outside of your home, stop in for mums, pumpkins, cornstalks, and bales of hay while they last.

We welcomed to new pet turkeys to our farm which are living at the barn with Ribeye and Fergus as well as our colorful roosters and two of our sheep. You can stop by the barn to say hi to the animals whenever you come to the farm. If the cows are out, they will usually come to the fence to say hello. They are very sweet.
