Here are 3 important tips to protect yourself from Medicare fraud and scams:
If you get a call, text or email asking for your Medicare Number, don't respond. Don't give your Medicare card or Medicare Number to anyone except your doctor or people you know should have it.
Check your Medicare Summary Notices (MSNs) or claims statements carefully. If you see a charge for a service you didn't get or a product you didn't order, it may be fraud. If you suspect fraud, report it at 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227).
Guard your Medicare card like it's a credit card.
Stop Medicare Fraud
Visit Medicare.gov, the official source for Medicare information, to learn more about preventing Medicare fraud and medical identity theft.
Sincerely,
The Medicare Team

Such a great topic and suggestion for how to initiate and hold the conversation. This IS being inclusive and aware of the needs of others. 👏👏
Most of my friend’s homes are not wheelchair accessible. But I love that they ask and think about how to make it work. One friend always moves her car out of her assigned parking spot and moves to a visitor spot so I can park next to the end of the sidewalk and have space to get my chair out of my car. Doing little things makes a big difference. And leaves me feeling even more loved and included. ❤️
If you are friends with someone in a wheelchair, don’t assume they can’t come over. People do that to me often. Just ask how you both can make it work! Not always, but quite often, it’s an easy solution. And if it’s not possible, that’s ok. The important part is to talk about how to make it work.
Thankful for friends who move their car without me even asking. Every. Single. Time. ❤️
Wonderful program!
Sharing!! This is a great read and gentle reminder for any opportunity when a microphone is offered for communication.
Summary:
1. Use the microphone. Every time.
2. Provide a microphone to audience participants as well.
3. Repeat questions if participants are unmic'd.
4. Be inclusive.
Cheering you on James!! Go get 'em!! 👏👏💪
