Foothills Regional Housing
We create vibrant, stable communities in Jefferson County via bold and strategic initiatives.
Ready to find your new home?🔑 We have one- and two-bedrooms available at Caesar Square in Wheat Ridge and one- through four-bedroom homes available at Glendale in Westminster. Plus, don't miss $300 off at Glendale if you move in by the end of the month!
These properties are income-restricted. At Caesar, households cannot earn more than 80% of AMI, but available units may have lower income-restrictions. At Glendale, households cannot earn more than 60% AMI. At both properties, households must earn at least two times the rent.
Please give us a call at 303-422-8600 and ask to speak to leasing to see if you may qualify. We can't wait to meet you!
We are excited to share that The Ives is officially open! The Ives features 50 units with on-site services from Jefferson Center for Mental Health, community space, and is walkable to jobs, groceries, and transportation. The building was dedicated to our long-time board member, Brian Ballard, who through decades of service helped better Jefferson County and was indispensable in helping FRH develop needed affordable housing. We also honored Wheat Ridge Police Department for being such a wonderful partner for our residents and community.
It was an honor to share this event with our HUD Regional Administrator Dominique Jackson, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public and Indian Housing Rich Monocchio, Jefferson County Commissioner Tracy Kraft-Tharp, Wheat Ridge Mayor Bud Starker, and so many of our partners and supporters.
A special thank you to Shopworks Architecture for designing and Calcon Constructors for building this beautiful community.
Yesterday, we were honored to host Governor Polis and our State Representatives and Senators at AVi at Olde Town as the Governor signed into law three bills (SB24-008 Kinship Foster Care Homes, HB24-1434 Expand Affordable Housing Tax Credit, and SB24-174 Sustainable Affordable Housing Assistance).
We look forward to the benefit these bills will have on foster children, their families, and those who need an affordable place to call home.
Warmer weather is bringing amazing move-in specials! Call today to learn more and find your new home.
Please note: Aspen Ridge and Viking Square are market rate properties. Glendale is an income-restricted property meaning households cannot earn more than 60% of AMI.

Our Story
In October 1975, the Jefferson County Housing Authority (JCHA) was created thanks to a collective effort between the County Commissioners and a housing Task Force whose focus was on the housing needs of low- and moderate-income households.
For over a year, the Authority existed in name only due to not having any land, properties, or programs. During this period, staff worked on special assignments for the County, which included Community Development Block Grant Applications, administration of approved CDBG projects, 911 Plan, Space Utilization studies, Monumentation program, weatherization, and the initial Jail Study.
