My School Rocks Project Africa
To serve classrooms in need by operating a volunteer run organization with supplies donated by the community.
Based on the belief that every child deserves the right to a quality education regardless of circumstances.
My School Rocks is expanding our love for children across the globe π Children can learn better on a full stomach. In America we have learned when kids consistently eat school breakfast, it has a striking impact on their ability to learn. It's all in the researchβthey score better on tests. Classrooms are calmer and there are fewer disciplinary trips to the principal's office.
At My school rocks corporate office in Arlington South Dakota we are happy to to announce that our mission is complete in Ghana we have accomplished our goal and will be moving our centralized office in Ghana to Zimbabwe or we will be helping the most poorest community in the area. The children are definitely in need of help there.

The education of girls is of particular concern: 9 million girls on the continent between the ages of 6 and 11 will never attend school, compared to 6 million boys. By the time they reach adolescence, girls have a 36% exclusion rate compared to 32% for boys.
There is one textbook for every three children on the continent yet having their own textbook can increase a child's literacy scores by up to 20%.
Thank you supporters for your help!
Teachers need extra help in the classrooms when things run out and when children don't have the resources to get there own supplies. Every little bit helps the Teachers in the classroom so that children have what they need.
Outside learning
In many African nations, those who can afford education send their children to private schools in the city. But that is not an option for many in rural areas, or for poorer families.
