Whether you’re interested in self-defense, getting into shape, or have aspirations of competing, our boxing classes are the place to be!

Join us for classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00 PM in Wheeling. Our facility is open 6 days a week for our boxers to train. They can come hit the bags, mitts, sport specific drills, lift weights, and more. Cross training is also available at our Morristown location.

We’ll be receiving another banner to add to our collection! This marks our 5th overall state title and 3rd in a row. Huge congratulations to everyone who competed and made this possible. Let’s keep pushing forward! 💪

Congratulations to Matt Ford on taking home gold in the Heavyweight division in No-Gi and silver in the Absolute/Open Weight division at the WV State Championships, with multiple submission wins on the day! 🥇🥈

Congratulations to Susan Shetler on taking home gold in the No-Gi division and bronze in the Gi division at the WV State Championships in her first-ever Jiu-Jitsu tournament! 🥇🥉

Congratulations to Kyle McGill, who competed in his very first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition, bringing home a bronze medal in his Gi division and a silver medal in his No-Gi division! 🥉🥈

Kyle finished the day with a 6-2 record, with submission victories by triangle from closed guard, head and arm choke from closed guard, and rear naked choke.

Congratulations to Chris Baker for taking home silver in his blue belt division in the Gi and gold in the absolute/open weight division! 🥈🥇 With multiple submission wins on the day

Congratulations to Jazz Young on taking home a gold medal and three silver medals in the purple belt adult/masters divisions in Gi and the advanced adult/masters divisions in No-Gi! 🥇🥈🥈🥈 In typical Jazz fashion, he powered through a bunch of grueling matches, often entering completely new divisions exhausted from a match he just had elsewhere.

Congratulations to Jared Ulrich on taking home double gold medals at the WV State Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament! 🥇🥇 Jared secured multiple submission victories and had a few dominant wins in both the Gi and No-Gi divisions

Congratulations to Alexis Martinez on going undefeated on the day and taking home double gold medals at the WV State Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championships! 🥇🥇 Alexis dominated his weight class with all quick submission wins in the purple belt division and then entered the open weight/absolute division and won that too.

Congratulations to Vaughn Jr. and Jadyn on their performances in the 16-17 year old divisions at the WV State Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu meet! These two faced off in the same weight class in both divisions, each securing a win against the other.

In the Gi division, Jadyn took home the gold while Vaughn Jr. earned silver. In the No-Gi division, Vaughn Jr. got gold and Jadyn took home bronze.
