So much fun this morning with Wheeling Symphony Orchestra! Thank you Betsy Delk for inviting me to particate in this very cool series! Juan was amazing, the setting was gorgeous and the yogis worked for it (per usual), 😉 !
Join Laura Courtney, yoga guide and Juan Jamarillo, Wheeling Symphony violinist for The Body Blend, an immersive body experience that blends vinyasa flow poses with deep stretches linked by breath, so you can tap into the smooth sounds of the violin on a soulful level and feel the music where it’s intended to be felt - in your BODY!
This is a Wheeling Symphony Orchestra event - part of WSO on the Go Yoga Series. Class is being held at the Scottish Rite Cathedral Ballroom on the 2nd floor.
We couldn’t think of a better way to tap into your senses on a Saturday morning in May than to find rhythm and flow in our bodies while we move to the sounds of the violin.
Free and open to the public; a free will donation will benefit the charity of the instructor’s choice. All ages and levels of experience are invited to take part. Please bring a mat, towel and water.
