Cat d10 pivot shaft bores a mess every bolt on both sides broke off. And bores out of round. The bolt threads were damaged so bad that I had to drill them all out, weld up the holes, use my jig plate to re drill and tap them and then linebore.

John deere loader bottom pivot bore needing repaired, all the threads were gone and bore needed re done. Welded up all the holes re drilled and tapped and linebored the bore.

Cat 992 end of boom getting linebored, these do not get bushings and the bores are different sizes as well for a stepped pin.

Some welding repairs on an escalator in the ohio valley mall. Chain came loose and ripped a bracket off.

CAT telehandler end of boom ripped off and repair done. 🔧

Doing some lineboring work on this scrap handler. Bushing was pressed in and needed opened up to match the bottom bore so the machine could be put back together. Bore measured 12.570"

992G loader arm good to go. The bores are 2 different sizes from side to side on these. Strange pin design on them but she's back to the way it's supposed to be.

Working on this d8 dozer new blade liner and 14 holes need linebored!! More pics to come.

John deere loader bottom bore and bolt repair. All the threads were ripped out so drilled and welded up. Re drilled and tapped out to size and linebored the bore.

D10 pivot shaft bores and bolt repairs, both side were shot and all of the bolts were broke off bellow flush and face material had mangled the threads tried to get the bolts out but had no success had to countersink them so far bellow the face that I ended up drilling them all out welding them up and re drilling and tapping new holes. Also linebored the bores as well.

Done a few of these trailing arm bracket bolt slots. Bolt comes loose and oblong the holes so I fix them back up and back on the road they go.

More holes getting linebored on the 944 loader bucket. These take slip fit sleeves instead of press fit bushes.

Freightliner king pin axle bore was shot. Made up my own jig set to bore these out and press in a sleeve then put it all back together.

Just finished up this john deere 850c dozer. 14 bores total needed lineboring, 3 cylinders rebuilt, new blade skin, tracks tightened. Trunion ball and socket replaced, and lift cylinder trunion bushings replaced. Thanks to for the help getting it back together. 🔧

Welded on another set of ear brace plates onto an xtreme forktruck.
