To all of my customers,
We have finally received a reopening date. June 9th I will be open for business unless told otherwise. I will be accepting appointments only, NO walk-ins until further notice. To schedule a haircut appointment with me, please call or text Allyson at (914)494-6939.
Please see the important info below as there will be new rules in place issued by the DOH, CDC and NYS for the time being.

-Masks must be worn by customers at all times while in the shop
-If you feel sick or have been exposed to Covid19 in the last month, please reschedule your appointment
-Upon entering, temperatures will be taken and please use the provided hand sanitizer or use the restroom to wash your hands
-Please arrive to your scheduled appointment on time and be sure that your hair is clean and freshly shampooed. To prevent unnecessary contact, hair washing and blow drying will not be available until further notice
-If you arrive early to your appointment and someone is still in my chair, please wait in your car or outside until the previous customer leaves the shop.
-Beard/mustache/nose trims will not be offered until further notice

With reopening just around the corner, each customer of Sal’s Hair Station MUST wear a face mask during the entirety of their haircut, no exeptions. When we wear masks, we protect each other. Governor Cuomo is signing an Executive Order today, May 28, 2020 allowing me and all business owners in NY State to deny entry or services to anyone who isn’t wearing a mask or face covering. Masks will not be provided, please bring your own. Sal’s Hair Station - Important update:
As you know, our new normal way of business will entail a few different procedures which are regulated by the CDC guidelines and the NYS protocols.

Sal will not be accepting walk-ins until further notice. *All customers must make an appointment.
Starting now- on a first come first serve basis we will be starting a waitlist. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please call or text Allyson, at (914)494-6939.

When we do hear of the reopening date, you will be contacted to discuss a date and time of an appointment that works best for you.
Once we are officially allowed to reopen, Allyson will be taking the appointments for Sal’s customers until further notice.

This procedure is being applied due to social distancing protocols. We aim to keep you, the community and ourselves as safe as possible so we can continue to offer you top notch hair services.
To be clear, we do not have an official opening date just yet and will not be booking official appointments until the date is released to us.
Please bare with us and have patience when we do reopen, we promise to accommodate you all.

Dear customers,

I hope you and your families are staying well during this tough time. I miss you all and our conversations!

At this time, all personal services in the state of New York are to remain closed for business until further notice.

I’d like you all to know that I have taken the nationally recognized Barbicide certification which outlined all the new disinfection protocols, regulations and guidelines for barbershops. You can be sure that all measures will be taken in my shop to keep you and I safe. This includes the disinfection of all tools, equipment and furniture before and after each customer sits in my chair.
Once I hear that NYS allows me to reopen, I will make an announcement.

Did you know that Sal’s Hair Station was established in 1967? Sal graduated barber school at the age of 18 and gained experience by working at his father’s barbershop which was also located in White Plains! At the age of 20, Sal set off on his own to carry his father’s legacy. Now, 52 years later, he is the most well known barber in the city of White Plains! Stop in and see Sal for your next haircut or beard trim, you won’t be disappointed!

This new face was recommended by several Seresky family memebers and came in to give me a try!

Dear Customers,

I will be temporarily closing the shop to take care of a shoulder injury I’ve been putting off for a while now. Be sure to stop by the shop for a haircut/ beard trim before Thursday, June 27th as I will be out of work until approximately mid/late August.
