Hudson Ballet Theatre

Don’t worry, you didn’t miss it! HBT’s Annual Gala is coming up on October 5th and we hope to see you there! Profits from the event will go directly toward student scholarships, community workshops and funding for new works and performances. So get dressed up and come support the arts!

So excited and grateful for this grant! We look forward to providing many more opportunities for accessible dance performances for Westchester!

I was pleased to be able to secure $3,000 from New York State for the Hudson Ballet Theatre as part of an Arts Alive ArtsWestchester grant. The grant specifically goes towards HBT’s sensory-friendly Nutcracker performances – providing a viewing option to those with sensory sensitivities or other limitations that would otherwise prevent them from attending a traditional, in-person dance performance.

Thank you, Hudson Ballet Theatre, for enriching our community by providing accessible, high-quality dance performances for Westchester residents!

Co-Director takes Iago v Othello on tour with in London! Three of our dancers are joining the London cast for their premiere tonight! M***e to the entire cast!

Our dancers return to the studios tomorrow to begin working on our next production. Warp & Weft is a double bill featuring new works by co-Director and London-based choreographer .

Aaron Thao will present a modern retelling of Othello through the lens of Iago set in a corporate law firm (Iago v Othello). Marika Brussel will present an excerpt from her upcoming ballet, By A Thread, focusing on Penelope’s journey in a new interpretation of the Odyssey.
