Tomorrow, Saturday, 8 am, is our Shimmer and Sneakers theme class. Come dressed in your finest shimmery, shiny, sparkly, and glittery workout clothes! We'll have 3 prizes given out for the craziest (crazier than Angie's?), the most creative and the most clever outfit!
We'll also give Angie our hugs and appreciation as she heads into her summer break. Tomorrow is her last class to lead until she returns Aug 26th. We all wish her luck as she presents her own choreography on the big stage at the REFIT Convention (RECON)! Classes:
REFIT is a cardio dance fitness program designed to engage the body and soul. This community-centered program focuses on building relationships, as well as endurance...engaging muscles as well as hearts. In this hour-long fitness class, participants will find easy-to-learn movements designed for beginners and fitness enthusiasts, exhilarating music, and a family-friendly environment. We also offer REV+FLOW by REFIT® which is a high intensity, low impact workout focused on functional movements and strength while pairing movement to music. It’s a one of a kind workout for ALL fitness levels and a great compliment to REFIT®.
