We finally received our refund from the office.Thank you to the treasurer for acting quickly to resolve this issue for us.

Please see Daniel Gomez at the Lodge. He will be there tonight (Friday, 5/10), and he will be there on Tuesday and Thursday in the evening. If you need to get a hold of him, please text him/call him. In your message, please provide:
Your name
Ticket numbers
How you paid or who you dealt with
This way, he can update the refund tracker.

The Comedy Show and Dinner charity event has been cancelled by W.E.O.C. (Event Management at Whittier Elks Lodge)
We apologize for the inconvenience. We are in the process of being refunded all our costs for this canceled event and will be processing refunds for people who purchased tickets. Bring the family and friends for a great dinner and a bunch of laughs while helping raise money for our Charities. This past year, we were able to help purchase items for the Boys and Girls Club of Whittier. We were to help purchase 95% of the Christmas gift wish list for 8 families and their children in Child Services (DCF), and we recently raised money to purchase suitcases for children moving into foster care (DCF).

Also, we are having a special fundraising lunch, for $10, you get a Mexican Pull Pork sandwich with lime-cilantro and apple-baked beans. Lunch from 1pm-3pm. Lunch specials will be prepared and provided by Scott “Scooter” Smith, our WEOC President. (Thank you, Scott) Money raised through the sale of the lunch special will help purchase luggage/suitcases for foster care children through the Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family Services (DCF). Thank you, Marhta Forbes, for helping facilitate this through DCF.
