I haven't been on Facebook much since Dad's passing. Only once a week and then just to check my memories or messages. I've been working on crochet projects and cleaning out clutter in my craft room. Yes us crafters always have clutter. 🤣🤣. Here's the latest Robin Original. A crochet chicken bag holder for our youngest son Trevor and his beautiful girlfriend Escha. And this little cardinal is DONE!! He turned out super cute. Unfortunately, the glue I used for the top knot on his head darkened the red to almost black. I'm ok with it, because it makes it a one of a kind Robin original. 🤣. Tell me what you think!!

Not really crochet related, but it is craft related. So I am really stepping outside of my sheltered box. First by starting this page and sharing my crocheted items, works in progress, the what's on my hook, and so forth. But every so often I find something I really love and I found this scrap of Patriotic fabric in the clearance section at Hobby Lobby while browsing for, guess what? Yarn 🧶🧶 of course! I used an old frame and made this fabric picture wall art and decoupaged the trim with scraps of the fabric. I think it turned out just darling and will add a touch of flair to our home for the Fourth of July holiday. I have to run back to the craft store for some gold braiding for it though, I think it will make it POP! So I'll ask my favorite question. Tell me what you think!!

I want to thank everyone for the likes and shares. I was so nervous about starting this page and sharing my work, and you all have made me feel so blessed. I have always loved to crochet. My Mother taught me over fifty years ago. She was a master at crochet. She could look at something crocheted and recreate the item without a pattern. I'm almost there. Thanks again! ❤️🧶🧶❤️

Bag holder is finished! I do believe I love the teal and blush pink together. Now to finish the cardinal or maybe two. Decisions, decisions! I'm thinking of attaching the cardinal to a twig and then onto the top-back of the bag. What does everyone think? Opinions please. 💜💜🧶🧶

What's on my hook today? Why a new bag holder for a very special friend. Teal and blush pink. I am LOVING the colors together. For this one she wants a cardinal on it. Well it just so happens I have a pattern for one!! Why yes I do work on two projects at once. 🤣🤣🧶🧶💜💜

Harry Potter wreaths. Took a lot of patience and tested my inner crochet skills on some of the items. Like the miniature sword of Gryffindor, I crochet-forged that baby myself, the pattern is all made up, right along with the vial of liquid luck or as Professor Slughorn would say, one vial of Felix Felicis. Hedwig was extremely easy, or so I thought so. Then my daughter said what about the chocolate frog, so yep there was that to make. But most of the items I just made up along the journey and I must say I impressed myself. The wands are courtesy of my wife Annie. She finds the perfect stick that resembles a wand and that's what I use. Let me hear from you, tell me what you think, what should be added or even taken off.

This was so much FUN!! A Boho skull bag holder for my daughter Rayanna. I truly love coming up with designs for the bag holders. 🧶🧶💜💜

Working on a Boho floral skull for a bag holder for our daughter. Still have the vines, small flowers, and feather to make, and of course weaving in ALL those pesky tails, then I can put it all together and attach it to the bag holder. I'm super excited about this project. It's colorful, useful, and just fun!
