We repaired two of these Large Cylinders. The 16" Diameter Rods both were re-chromed. A new 20" Diameter Piston was machined and custom seals were designed. How can we help you with your Hydraulic Cylinders?

Press Cylinder removal and rebuild. This one required a new barrel due to scoring.

Our guess is the customer hit a powerline. Regardless, this damage will mess up a head gland... If you see a problem stop before you make it a more expensive problem!
When parts are not available, we make them! Machining a custom 8" Diameter piston for an air cylinder.
For piston nuts larger than 4.5" we use our universal jaws and hydraulic cylinder torque arm. Listen for the pop, that's when the nut finally breaks loose. This is what 6000 ft-lbs of torque looks like.

If you are looking for the best pricing on getting cylinders rebuilt, the more you bring in the less it will cost per cylinder. Also, if we have the serial number we can cross over most equipment with our SKF seals and save you a bunch! 💸

When we repair a cylinder, we do it right! These both got new barrels and seals; everything else was able to be reused. Much cheaper than buying new, and in this case the equipment has no identification to find a replacement.
