“Our company has made fresh tortillas without preservatives for 10 years in Wichita, Kansas and for 25 years in Michoacan, Mexico. Our productions takes at least 10 hours a day in order to produce our flour, corn, and wheat tortillas, as well as, chips and gorditas. Our main goal as a company is to deliver complete satisfaction to our consumers through our products and keep the tradition of artisanal food-making.”

Nixing weekday lunches was a tough decision for us back in pandemic times— but it was a necessary fix as there was dramatically less foot traffic downtown. The good news is more and more of you are BACK downtown and we hope you’ll come by and visit.

To celebrate, we’ll be running an ALL DAY Happy Hour from 11 am to 6 pm Tuesday-Friday through the month of September. Happy hour includes half priced drafts (ALL of them), $6 glasses of wine and $5 Lemonatas.

On December 1, we will open the tamale season with a Grand Sale of .20¢ per lb. On our fresh non-prep masa, reg. Price.79¢. Our Masa is from 100% cooked corn 0% preservatives and gluten free, we then pass it through our stone mill. during this season we mill daily we also do prepared Masa ready to spread on the corn husk we also guide our customers by answering there questions.
