We do not condone the killing or harming of any creature for the sake of financial gain or art. Most of our insects come from botanical gardens or butterfly farms where they have died from natural causes after living a full life! Although some wings/or parts are used as items in art, we do not intentionally destroy insects for the sake of a creation. Sometimes specimens are damaged in shipping and we preserve and use all parts respectfully.
