Coffee anyone? ☕ When we remodeled Espresso To Go Go, improving efficiency through an easy-flowing design was one of the owner's main goals. Their prime location in one of the historic Old Town buildings inspired the cozy atmosphere. Along with modern design elements, like their signature giant disco ball, it brought this whole project together! 🪩

Before our remodel, the COrTen Building was vacant for more than ten years. Now, multiple businesses can call this building home!

While we love how it turned out, we cannot wait to see how it looks in years to come as the Corten steel begins to rust. We hope to see more people utilize Corten steel and embrace its natural aging process in designs!

Another commercial construction project for the books! 🤩 Farha Roofing recently moved to a new location at Central and Edgemoor and called on our team to remodel. 🙌 We went to work, keeping the older building's character with exposed bricks while incorporating wood ceilings and modern light fixtures in their new conference room, offices, reception & more.

Fill a hole-in-the-ground with a state-of-the-art park? Throwback to the ICT Pop-Up Urban Park project! The 00-foot crater near Douglas and Main had become a city eyesore and embarrassment, so Farha Construction was honored to join with doers and shakers in Wichita to change it. 💪🙌

Have you checked out Revolutsia yet? This exciting project was the most unusual “repurposes” of all time for us, but the results turned out amazing! Using one-time shipping containers, we created a space quickly, efficiently, and economically for local businesses. This shared space is now home to a variety of local businesses as well as some really unique features!

● Put a strong emphasis on affordability for small and local businesses.
● Features include restroom facilities shared by customers of every business furthered savings.
● Common areas — including a gathering place with river rocks and an open fire pit — created a sense of community for the center.
