Recently painted this for my bestie that publicly professed her belief and love in Jesus today by getting baptized at our church’s annual DunkFest. Yes, I did just refer to baptism as a dunkfest. 😂 I mean, we literally dunk people in a giant baby pool, ON the outdoor basketball courts. Like, what else should I call it?!?! 🤣🙌🏻

Garden haul today!!!! It’s been about a week since I’ve picked…..because 42nd jobs, and kids, and life 😝!!! But I got out in the 436 degree weather here in Satans Outhouse, otherwise known as , for a very hot minute and got to picking!!! Can’t wait to make some !!!!

Getting back into some painting! I sure have missed it! I’ve actually got a lot of projects going on right now but can’t show y’all yet bc they’re a surprise for some friends. 😘
But I finished this little card for a fellow as a congrats on her first year alcohol free!!!! So proud of her and her perseverance!!!!

Look at the size of this Amish Paste!!!!! It’s humongous!!! And I have a dozen more this size or bigger on the vine!!! Can not WAIT to smoke this on our pellet grill and make some salsa!!!!

I just couldn’t wait anymore. 🤣 I picked my first Bells!!!! Chocolate & Albino Bells!!!!! Not only are they beautiful but they are sooooo sweet!!! Already saved the seeds for next year!!!!

Or will it grow to be a cantaloupe that will vine all over my front walk way so guests will have to enter our house thru the back. Who am I kidding. We don’t have guests 😂 🤣😂🤣😂

All right y’all. I’m getting fancy up in here. 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ I added a Linktree to my bio to include some of the products I recommend! Most of the time I want all the FREE products for my garden, if at all possible. If not I definitely want the cheapest! So I’ve found a couple cheap things on Amazon and saved the links for you! But!!! Shop around!! Your local grocery store or farm store may have cheaper products than Amazon! Most of the time brand doesn’t matter, but I’ll let you know if it does!

Back in May my husband and I took our first trip alone (in like a millennium) and went to islands. We stayed at resort for 3 days and when I say it was paradise on earth, I truly mean it. The people, the businesses, and the breathtaking scenery were beyond anything I’ve ever been to! With the devastation of my heart broke. I watched in horror as two gorgeous islands were literally ripped apart.
As a resident of Andover, Ks where we had a tornado tear through our city in April, I know full well the absolute sadness, anger, and pure disbelief that comes from a natural disaster.
And as an artist, I channel my feelings through creation. I can’t get those beautiful views out of my mind, so I’ve been painting. I want to do something to help those in need, but don’t know what to do yet. Right now, I’m just praying. Praying, praying, praying!!! Stay strong Sanibel and Captiva!!!

I’m constantly on a never ending journey to find new ways to express my creativity and add depth to my work! Well, look out, because a new adventure is coming soon!!!!

When it’s 75 degrees in the beginning of November, you take advantage of the beautiful weather and play/paint al fresco!!!
I have no less than 3,742 images to edit for my photography business, but after a very full weekend I needed a bit of ME time. I felt a huge urge to paint, I’ve been missing it terribly, and I’m so glad I listened to my inner voice!!!
