Finally got ahold of Fuddrucker manager and set the date- Saturday 18th was already booked with 100 people and I wanted to be nice and not overwhelm them.

Sunday 19th is nice and quiet so it would be awesome if y'all can join us for dinner!!!! Share with your friends and come meet and eat together, chat and have fun!

We definitely appreciate the hard work interpreters does for the deaf community but let’s not forget about other languages spoken that people needs interpreter for.

They work hard to advocate for ACCESS and EQUALITY of receiving key information.

PBS Kids adds American Sign Language interpreters to some of its children’s shows Six PBS children’s series, including ‘Arthur,’ and ‘Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood,’ will include ASL interpretations for the deaf and hard of hearing.

April is.... Deaf History Month! Did you know?

A few years ago, the National Association of the Deaf approved the change to make April National Deaf History month. Previously, Deaf History Month was celebrated from March 13-April 15.

What can we learn about during Deaf History Month? We can learn more about:
- Deaf experiences
- Deaf education
- the Deaf community
- Deaf culture
… and so much more!

This month, we’ll share about Deaf history specific to the state where we operate (Arizona), Deaf children making history, Black Deaf History, and recent Deaf history. Stay tuned and follow us for more!
