**Choosing to Have a Good Day Amidst Life's Chaos**

Life can be chaotic our world can be, but I've found that intentionally creating a good day is both empowering and rewarding. Here's how I do it:

🫖 **Morning Ritual**: I start my day with a nourishing cup of tea from Planted, of course. It sets a calm and focused tone, giving me a moment of mindfulness before the day begins.

🧘🏽‍♀️**Mindful Movement**: Incorporating yoga or a simple stretch routine helps me connect with my body and clear my mind. It's about grounding myself and staying present, and not caught up with a million thoughts.

🧠**Positive Mindset**: I remind myself of my purpose and passions. Whether it's working on Insight 2 Heal or planning the next workshop/event staying connected to what I love keeps me motivated.

🥗 **Healthy Choices**: I focus on what I put into my body. A homemade smoothie for breakfast, detox tea throughout the day, and a balanced, nourishing dinner help maintain my energy and well-being.

🙏🏽**Gratitude Practice**: I take a moment to reflect on what I'm grateful for. It could be as simple as a supportive friend, a small victory at work, or a peaceful moment in nature.

🌿 **Engage with Community**: Building connections and sharing experiences with others is vital. Whether it's through social media, workshops, or casual meet-ups, staying connected enriches my day.

Choosing to have a good day is about small, intentional actions. It's about finding joy and peace in the little things and creating a routine that nurtures your body and mind.

A Wichita based 501c3 non-profit that creates space for youth and adults to bring attention to their overall wellness through the use of mindfulness, movement and self-care.

For youth, I2H provides a preventative and intervening approach to negative responses oftentimes caused by stress, in and out of the classroom.

With a comprehensive approach, techniques are shared to improve: self-awareness, emotional balance, impulse control, and at the same time cultivate compassion and resilience for future challenges.

I2H is also committed to learning, teaching and elevating members of the community through curated events and contemplative practices that activate inner insight to attain self-realization, expand self-love through self-care, and promote a less stressed, healthier community.
