Aida Amir (1150) vs Rachel Zhou (1900)
Aida is playing against the highest rated person in this event. Who will win?
Aida Amir (1150) vs Huixin Wang (1900)
Aida plays well under pressure. Is that the same for her opponent or will Aida get the upset?
Brett Herrman (1500) vs Theo Stephans (1900)
The last time these two met it was in the divisonal tournament and Brett got the upset. Is Brett better than Theo or will Theo prevail as the better player on paper?
Victor DiMartino (1600) vs Sharon Alguetti (2700)
If you actually read these thanks Victor appreciates it. Dude it's over 1000 rating points difference what am I supposed to say here? Playing Sharon was the most fun I've ever had getting my butt kicked. I will say I got him with my heavy backspin serve (let's go Victor) also my topspin serve that I've been relying on way too much for points since I was a junior player. Sharon ended up winning the singles event and he's a great guy too. All luck to him at nationals. If you made it to the end of reading this comment "two fingers" for our hand signals telling me to use more heavy backspin serves!
