Just as the soul needs a body to express itself here in the physical realm, the Cosmic Intelligence and Angelic energies need the thoughts and energy of our prayers to manifest within the physical domain. We are dependent on them and they are dependent on us.
Here's the kicker: Just as a man can choose to use electrical energy for 'good' or 'bad', we also get to choose how we use this energy that is available to us.
In fact, we are choosing every single moment of every single day with our thoughts, with our feelings, with our actions, and with our visions.
Those choices, over time, become habits. And those habits affect us way beyond this lifetime. Trust.
This is why our energy is so important. It's important to every life we touch, but it's also important to the evolution of our soul in this life and beyond. When we stay in that mindful place, we have more control over our own energy. When we have more control over our energy, we can choose to tap into the angelic energies that are available to us and live from that space... which then becomes a habit. A beautiful, glorious, miraculous habit that affects us and everyone around us. In fact... you might start to hear people say, "there's just something about you". Or "I don't know what it is about you, but when I'm around you I have more energy".
That's because you've now become a channel for angelic energies to bless everyone in your presence, should you choose.

Fun interesting tidbit I stumbled upon today:
The earliest written form of the Germanic word God comes from the 6th-century Christian Codex Argenteus. The English word itself is derived from the Proto-Germanic *ǥuđan. The reconstructed Proto-Indo-European form *ǵhu-tó-m was likely based on the root *ǵhau(ə)-, which meant either "to call" or "to invoke".
The Germanic words for God were originally neuter, but during the process of the Christianization of the Germanic peoples from their indigenous Germanic paganism, the words became a masculine syntactic form.
In the English language, capitalization is used when the word is used as a proper noun, as well as for other names by which a god is known. Consequently, the capitalized form of god is not used for multiple gods or when used to refer to the generic idea of a deity.

SUPPORTING THE PHYSICAL ASPECT OF YOUR MULTI-DIMENSIONAL SELF:
To support the physical body toward optimal health, one could choose to get all essential amino acids in their diet each day.
An essential amino acid is an amino acid that the body can not produce on its own and therefore must be derived from the diet.
A food that contains all essential amino acids is called a 'complete protein'. It is believed that a person doesn't necessarily have to eat a complete protein at each meal, but does need to get all essential amino acids each day from their diet.
Here are some sources of foods that are considered a complete protein food:
VEGAN SOURCES OF COMPLETE PROTEIN
Quinoa
Chia seeds
H**p seeds
Buckwheat
Amaranth
Nutritional Yeast
Tempeh
Tofu
Edamame
Soy milk
Blue-green algae (like spiraling)
Avocado
Chickpeas (Garbanzo beans)
Pumpkin seeds
Potato
NON-VEGAN SOURCES OF COMPLETE PROTEIN
Fish
Poultry (chicken, Cornish hen, turkey, etc)
Eggs
Beef
Pork
Bison
Dairy (cheese, milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc)
FOOD COMBINATIONS TO MAKE A COMPLETE PROTEIN
If you can have them, then you an also combine pulses and grains to make a complete protein.
Pulses are dry peas, chickpeas, beans and lentils. I especially like mung beans because they’re easy to sprout and sprouting them raises the nutritional value a ton.
Grains are the edible seeds of certain grasses, such as wheat, oats, rice, corn, barley, spelt, millet, and sorghum.
So for example, if you combine beans and rice or barley and lentils at one meal then you would get a complete protein in that meal.
PROTEIN AMOUNT IN FOODS MATTERS
Note that some of the vegan sources, although a complete protein, may not have a high protein content. For example, one could not likely live on avocado alone, as they only contain about 3g of protein. So definitely look these complete proteins up, but they are always nice for a snack or to add to foods.
Others vegan sources do provide a good amount of complete protein. For example, 3Tbsp of h**p seed provides 10g of complete protein! That’s pretty fabulous!! I like to carry h**p seeds with me on-the-go for a snack to prevent me from making unhealthier choices. Add a little salt and some herbs and it's pretty delicious!

So you know the white crack coffee creamer isn't good for you; it's full of corn-syrup and sugar and spikes your insulin levels first thing in the morning (hello sucky metabolism), but you still like that sweet, creamy morning ritual. Here's an alternative :)

Here’s what I know: some things in life are way more important than superficial anything’s.
The points in my life that were the most impactful are the times when I was brought to me knees in surrender.
I wanna say, “don’t feel bad for being where you’re at.”
But reality is, who am I to tell you what to feel?
It’s okay to feel bad.
It’s not gonna curse you.
You don’t have to try to “live in a high vibe” all the time (and then judge yourself for not being able to, which then creates a snowball effect of wanting to be in a high vibe and judging yourself for feeling like crap - I see you).
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that sometimes feeling bad is a gateway to something greater than you can ever imagine.
The thing about gates is… we get to choose when to open them and close them… but we can’t get from one side to the other without walking through them.
If you’re on your knees today, I’m praying for you… and I want you to know that you are not alone and you are loved.
You deserve everything that is on the other side of the gate… and you also deserve to honor what you feel right now.
