Housing and Community Services Program Manager Na’shell Williams won the 2024 excellence in Public Service award for the City. Na’shell’s dedication to the Way to Work (TWTW) Youth Employment Program is particularly noteworthy. Under her leadership, the program has become a beacon of support for youth facing challenges such as abuse, bullying and peer pressure.
