It’s with deepest sympathy that we announce the passing of one of our long-time pearl participant & dear friend, Debra Calvin Applegate.
Deb was one of our regular watchers who extended her friendship & we always were so happy to have her on our lives & at our in-person events.
We are going to miss her dearly.
Sending all our love to her family during this time.

Hello friends!

A long time friend & member of our Pick-a-Pearl family, Deborah Houck Corby Lawson, tragically lost her young son in a vehicle accident this past weekend.

We are absolutely heartbroken for Debbie & family. We’d like to send out our love & condolences to all of them.

Debbie’s son unfortunately did not have any kind of insurance & the cost of his funeral is an expense the family is not prepared to take on at this time.
Additionally, Debbie has the added task of replacing her own personal vehicle as her son was driving her car during the accident.

If you can & would like to help Debbie & her family financially, they have set up a go fund me in order to attempt to get this young man buried.
