My favorite little kiosk at the mall: Hot Potato Bar | Wichita By E.B. Hot Potato Bar in the mall. I dropped by Towne East Square to visit Hot Potato Bar. The locally owned kiosk is a build-your-own potato bar, complete with all the fixings.
