November marks Three Blue Eggs Counseling LLC one year anniversary at our new practice! 🥳 This year we welcomed Nicole Buesse, LPC with Nicole B Counseling Services, LLC. Nikki comes with a wealth of experience and a passion for helping teens, adults and families. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work alongside her in support of our community. ❤️

The upcoming holiday season will undoubtedly be filled with joy for many. But underneath the smiles and laughter, a lot of us struggle with memories and feelings of sadness for those who have gone before us.
Remember you don't have to smile, if you don't want to. You don't have to fake it. Lean on those you trust for support. Seek out counseling, if you need it.

A long-time friend and fellow mental health professional posted this on her personal page. As a parent, I know first hand how hard this fight is, but it's worth it. It's so worth it!

What I find the most impactful in these beautiful words is the mesaage to let your children see you fail. Let them see you break. And most importantly, let them see you get back up again. This is how we teach resilience in a "filtered" society so fixated on perfection.

Niki specializes in areas of depression, anxiety, perfectionism, self-harm/suicidal ideation and life transitions. Niki primarily works with ages 12 to adulthood. She utilizes a CBT approach and is also working towards her EMDR certification.
